The Board and the General Management, through their various bodies of oversight, provide strong leadership in creating Arig that seeks to maintain focus on sustainable business growth, performance and accountability.

The Board with the assistance of the General Management oversees the direction, management and control of Arig through its governance, risk and compliance framework. Arig strives to achieve its strategic objectives and sustain operational performance by engendering a culture of performance and ethical behaviour. In developing the framework, Arig has achieved an effective separation and understanding of the roles and accountabilities of the Arig Board and management.
