Board Involvement


The primary responsibility for governance is in the hands of Arig’s Board of Directors (“the Board”) The main role of the Board is to oversee the overall functioning of the Company and to protect the interests of all the stakeholders. The Board comprises of all non-executive members and is ultimately responsible for management and performance of the Company and takes the responsibility for laying down necessary policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations of the Company.

The Board has established a system of corporate governance by way of adopting formal Board Procedures on Corporate Governance which assist the Board in the exercise of its responsibilities. These procedures also reflect the Board’s commitment to monitor the effectiveness of policy and decision making both at the Board and management level.
