General Management

The day-to-day management of the Company is exercised by the Chief Executive Officer, assisted by a management team who are responsible for implementing strategies and managing the Company's infrastructure and profitability.

They are also responsible for the front office operations (reinsurance marketing and underwriting) and middle and back office operations (investment management, claims and contract administration, information technology and finance).
